We have a 30 day return policy, from which date the product has been received. Please see Refund Policy page for more details.

Shipping varies depending on the country the product is manufactured in. Standard shipping is between 10-30 days. Express shipping may be available, at a cost. Free shipping offers do not apply to express-selected orders.

If you haven’t received your order by your quoted delivery date, please contact us at admin@knitnacks.ca for further investigation. 

Please contact us and we will help to resolve the problem.

Changes may be made on your order up until the order has been packaged and/or shipped.

We are located in Alberta, Canada. We do offer local Edmonton pick-ups. All other products will be shipped directly to you.
